Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
